Terms of Service
Last updated: September 21, 2026
The service
Leadsavy sends text messages and books appointments on behalf of businesses that use it (our "customers") to reply to people who have contacted them. By giving a business your phone number and asking to be contacted, you agree to receive these messages.
Text messaging terms
- Messages relate to your inquiry: replies, appointment times, confirmations, reminders and short follow-ups.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You will get one confirmation and no further texts. Reply HELP for help or email hello@leadsavy.com.
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
For our customers
Businesses that use Leadsavy must only send texts to people who asked to be contacted, must honor every opt-out, and must follow applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. We may pause service if messages are sent without permission.
No guarantees
We work to reply quickly and reliably but do not guarantee that every message is delivered, that every lead books, or that the service is uninterrupted. It is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the last three months.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island.
